Easter Weekend

This weekend is the easter weekend. To many people out there, it is just a long weekend, and many non-christian take the opportunity to go overseas, for a chillout holiday. But we, as christians, it is a 3-day event that we have, not just to commerate the death of Jesus, but to rejoice the resurrected Jesus. And of course, to proclaim the name of Jesus, that He is indeed an alive God.
Every year, City Harvest Church Drama ministry put up such a fabulous easter drama, that never fail to move the audience to tears. This year, the theme of the drama is " What choices will you make? " I loved every bit of the drama, cos i know every year, the drama ministry will put up the best drama that you can ever find in. Sorry if you say that I am biased, but i am sure all those who have watched the drama, will definitely agree with me that the drama production is international standard leh. Right? *Wink*
There is one part of the drama which never fail to bring tears into everyone's eyes. That is the the scene where "Jesus", which is enacted by Brother Tian An, where he is being whipped on the way to calvary. The next minutes of the drama is like the highlight of the entire drama. It literally send a chill down my spine, every year when i watch that part of the drama. My fears will just flow uncontrollably down my cheeks. How can the people ever done such a thing to the man of God, son of God? Everytime i see this scene, i remember how Jesus has shed his Blood for me, on the cross of calvary 2000 years ago. Who will ever die for you? I believe not even your best friend will ever do that. But yet, Jesus did it willingly for you and me. Thank You Jesus, Thank You Lord. Your love for mankind is so great, that I know nothing that we ever do will ever be enough to repay you. I am so glad, that I serve a God that is so real, so human and yet so God.
I LOVE EASTER, I LOVE JESUS, I LOVE CITY HARVEST CHURCH!!!
So friends, what is the choice that you going to make today? Have you made Jesus your personal saviour and friend?
